EVERY ROAD, EVERY SEASON

As a photographer, Levi sat out in 2012 to capture Lawrence County, Illinois through the eyes of his camera lens. Over the following two years he would drive every road in the country from beginning to end on four separate occasions, during the coarse of every season. Over the length of this journey, he compiled 6,224 miles driven. That is the distance across the United States twice and a quarter of a third trip!

With thousands of photographs, EVERY ROAD, EVERY SEASON  will become a four volume picture book series. Levi also spent a great deal of time with his oldest son Lynden on this journey, and have constructed memories that will never be forgotten!

  2. You have some very good photos here Levi. You have an excellent eye for composition, as well as imagination. When a photographer is interested in the subject matter, it really shows and draws the interest of the viewer.

      Thank you so much Jim! I drove every road in Lawrence County one time through every season, driving 10 m.p.h. and keeping my eyes open to everything around me. So much was captured that has now changed and I am grateful to have the photos of time gone by. I am honored to hear such kind words coming from one with your level of expertise!
