It has been a while since writing last and I apologize. It has been a crazy month so far!

I just completed my 36th episode of ‘Write To Success’ (WTS) on my YouTube channel which now consists of over 120 videos that I hope encourage others to reach out and go for what they want in their lives.

I’ve also traveled to Charleston, Illinois and attended an memorial dinner for my aunt who past away to cancer a couple of weeks ago. My children and I drove with my mother and the fall scene that surrounded the two lane highway was beautiful and set the tone for our trip. Even getting lost on the way home was exciting and enjoyable. It could nt have been a better evening.

Tonight, my newest column article drops and will be out in the Sumner (IL.) Press newspaper. This weeks title is about letting go.

I also discovered that Barney & Lexi are now available online through Walmart. If you don’t have a copy, run over to Walmart.com and pick up your copy today! Thanks ahead for doing that!

As for my biography, I am writing faster than I have in my fourteen year career. In just over a week and half, I am now working on page 90 and not half way through the book yet. My goal is for a completion date during this month and to be able to have it in print by Christmas!

I also have many more mailers out to elementary school and have my first reply about coming out for a visit! More on that as it develops!

The t-shirt designs are moving along and will be available by 2018!

Lol,  my Jimmy is down again and makes me begin thinking that 2018 may see the time come for a new vehicle. The farther I drive for presentations, the more dependable vehicle I am needing.

Thank you so much for reading and following since 2009! It means the world and I am excited as this is all about to blow wide open! Have a wonderful day everyone!

I want to share with you ten books that I have read that have had a major impact on my life. I hope you will find as much impact as I did in them!!!

Today is October 20th and I am happy to say that this months episode of ‘Inspired By JimmyL’ where I appeared as his guest! This was an amazing episode and it was my pleasure to sit in. If you are looking for a positive webcast, you have to check out JimmyL and his messages! Check it out below!!

It has been several days since I have been on and I must apologize! The past 7 days have been a roller coaster of events and have had me moving for some time now!

Friday morning, I took a call from my great-uncle who was letting me know that my great-grandmother had passed away and that arrangements were pending. I was asked to be a paul bearer, to which I said yes right away. I was honored to do this! My uncle said he would be in touch and our conversation ended.

I hung up the phone and began to see all of the memories I had with my great-grandma. I remember sitting in the garage with her and my grandmother, snapping beans and throwing them into water for canning. I also thought about the years that I cut the grass for her and my great-grandfather and how there was always cookies inside for me when I finished. Then there was Christmas breakfast and the best darn biscuits and gravy one could eat.

To be 38 and have had my great-grandma in my life that long was a blessing that I am grateful for! I am even more grateful that my sons who are 8, 9 & 14 could go to school and say that their great-great-grandmother was alive!

The weekend was awash with coming and going, time with my sons, time with family and preparations. Monday came and it was time to say goodbye, it was the most beautiful day for grandma’s funeral and not only were family here from other states, I was paul bearer with my father and oldest son! To share that with them and second cousins is a memory I will always cherish. Although it was a funeral, it was a blessed occasion as grandma would have wanted it. The service was classy, just like her and when time came to say goodbye to grandma, we said our goodbyes and joined family for lunch.

There is nothing like a reminder that life is not permanent! This week, I wrote this weeks Sumner Press column, aptly titled ‘Class’ for my great-grandma. Prepared 28 Barney & Lexi mailers that are going out to elementary school across the country this week and earned another piece of the pie of life!

What ever your wanting to do, DO IT NOW! There are only so many tomorrows and we don’t get a redo! I hope everyone will enjoy their blessed day and find impact around every corner!
