Good Day!

Since it is 1 o’clock in the morning I will keep this very brief. In a nutshell, it has been a really good day! I took my oldest son to the local fall festival the other night and had a wonderful time. It was so enjoyable watching him laugh and smile, just a small parental perk. After a great nights sleep, I spent the afternoon helping my grandmother do some work around her house. I felt good to help tidy things up that had gone awry.

I just finished page 207 of Bk4 and can hardly stay awake at nearly 1:20a.m.! But oh what a rush it is to be nearing the end. Sad but still a rush!

With one eye almost closed I must stay true to my words of short and sweet. I wish you a good night, or day, depending where you are reading this and as always, thank you so very much for taking the time to read!!

After a very rough beginning and middle of the week. I am left with a sense of self. A few days of some setbacks have left me with a sense of self-worth. I mean, there is no way I have felt so good for such a short time, if I really didn’t feel I was deserving of it. At the bottom, so to speak, is the best place to look up!

Sometimes things happen and sometimes things happening are also a great thing. After some reflection while writing two more pages of Bk4 tonight, I find myself immediately climbing back on the horse and  declaring, “I ain’t heard no bell!” After stumbling over the last couple days, I refreshingly find myself, dusting off, taking in the moment and getting back to it!

“It ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving’ forward, how much you can take and keep moving’ forward!”
