Now, as I begin to start on Book Four soon, I know that it will feel much different that it did with ‘Adventures’. ‘Return’ & ‘Doomsday’ have. They have all been a part of the buildup to ‘Heatseeker’, and now that it is ready to begin, I find myself wondering, how will I feel writing this book, knowing that there is not another 200+ page book to follow it?

Right now I am thinking about the Heatseeker character itself. I have always had the general look pegged but creating the characters storyline is a bit more complex as the Heatseeker will be seen as dealing with multiple issues within the characters self.

In Book Four, am will introduce a characterand write from a set of eyes (angle) I have not yet done. SHE…will be a interesting chracter to write about!

And with saying that alone, I can look back on my life while writing Marky, Slash & Levy and say that through the lack of employment, birth of three children, the miscarrage of another, bankruptcy, cub scouts, baseball, work, school, good times, bad times, failures, successes and all the times in between, MS&L have become a large part of my life.

My next several weblogs will be about individual characters from Books One, Two Three & Four. Although I may not post on Facebook or Myspace every posting, I hope you will continue to read as I talk about the Marky, Slash & Levy Series.

The Marky, Slash & Levy Series:

Marky, Slash & Levy and The Strange Sound (short story prequel)

Bk1: The Adventures of Marky, Slash & Levy

Bk2: Marky, Slash & Levy: Return to Mavenwood (The Return of Marky, Slash & Levy)

Bk3: Marky, Slash & Levy Vs. The Doomsday Device

Bk4: Marky, Slash & Levy and The Search for the Heatseeker (working title)
